How the math works
conversion = move-ins ÷ traffic
extra move-ins = traffic × lift
lifetime value = rate × length of stay
year one = extra move-ins × rate × months remaining, summed

Year one counts each month's new tenants only for the months left in the year, capped at your average length of stay. Results vary by unit count, occupancy and local market.
